We at Wiesbaden Congress & Marketing GmbH, operator of the three event venues Kurhaus Wiesbaden, RMCC and Jagdschloss Platte, have been dedicated to the very important topic of holding sustainable events for quite some time.

We implement a wide range of measures at our event venues with a view to the 17 Goals of the United Nations for sustainable development – the Sustainable Development Goals (in short SDGs). Together with our employees, our preferred partners, the service companies at the event venues and our partners from the “Hessen MICE Net”, we are pursuing the integration of increased sustainability in the event industry.

To this end, we have identified nine SDGs among other things, to which we contribute with our measures. In the form of a series, we will present you a new SDG every week with immediate effect and give you our answer in Hessian dialect (“Hessisch”) to how we implement the SDGs in Wiesbaden and, in particular, at our event venues.
