On Taunusstraße, in the immediate vicinity of the Kurhaus Wiesbaden and around ten minutes' walk from the RheinMain CongressCenter, the Australian chain Adina has secured a location in the Kureck urban district. The property, with 127 fully equipped studios and apartments measuring at least 28 square meters, was scheduled to open in November 2021. In addition, the approximately 5,400 square meters of leasable space will house an exclusive wellness area with a gym, pool, sauna, a restaurant and a bar on the top floor of the seven-story building.

An intercity hotel with 216 rooms has been built in the immediate vicinity of the main train station - in Klingholzstraße. In addition to trendy gastronomy based on a concept by Pierre Nierhaus, guests can expect an innovative design concept. With natural materials and soft colors, the interior design bears the signature of Italian architect and designer Matteo Thun.
