New Hotels for Wiesbaden

Four new hotels will have been completed in Wiesbaden by the spring of 2022 and, at a total of around six hundred rooms in various hotel categories, will contribute to Wiesbaden's attractiveness as a location for meetings and conferences.

Open since November 2021: Adina Hotel

The Australian Adina chain has secured a location in the Kureck district in Taunusstraße, in the immediate vicinity of Wiesbaden's Kurhaus and around ten minutes' walk from the RheinMain CongressCenter. The hotel with 127 fully equipped studios and apartments, each of which is at least twenty-eight square metres in size, was opened in November 2021. Moreover, the approximately 5,400 square metres of rental space offer an exclusive wellness area with fitness room, pool, sauna, restaurant, and bar on the top floor of the seven-storey building.

January/February 2022: IntercityHotel

In the immediate vicinity of the central railway station – in Klingholzstraße – an Intercity-Hotel with 216 rooms is being built. In addition to trendy gastronomy based on a concept by Pierre Nierhaus, guests can look forward to an innovative design concept. Featuring natural materials and soft colours, the interior design bears the signature of Matteo Thun, the Italian architect and designer.

Opening date to be determined: Dormero Hotel

The Dormero hotel chain is planning to build a new hotel in Wiesbaden. A hotel featuring ninety-five rooms is to open in Aarstraße between the Westend and Nordost districts, easily accessible by public transport. As is typical of DORMERO, the facility will be equipped with modern conference rooms as well as a fitness and wellness area.

Opening in 2022: prizeotel Wiesbaden-City

From 2022, guests can stay in a central location, within walking distance of the central railway station and the RheinMain CongressCenter, in the cool and stylish ambience of the prizeotel Wiesbaden-City. Planned by star designer Karim Rashid, 154 rooms look forward to being visited.
