Freshness and variety, healthy colours and an enormous selection: these are the pillars of Wiesbaden's Farmers' Market which is open Wednesdays and Saturdays from 7.00 a.m. until 2.00 p.m. on the open "Dern'sches Gelände" square immediately behind the Wiesbaden City Hall.
Regional farmers offer produce from their trees and fields as well as fresh meat and poultry. The stalls are stocked with vegetables and fruit, fresh spices, cheese and bread specialities as well as meat and flowers.
